Core platforms include a heavily customized S2K ERP environment and Epicor CMS for manufacturing, alongside acquired-company ERP platforms requiring ongoing architecture, integration, data governance, and standardization.
Earlier, led enterprise integration architecture and platform modernization across a ~$4B publicly traded industrial distribution environment, connecting ERP/EAM, procurement, and point-of-use workflows across ~200 enterprise integrations. Experience included SAP ECC 6, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Coupa, Maximo, JD Edwards, and Infor, supporting programs representing $500M–$1B in annual managed spend.
Led technology integration and separation across multiple acquisitions and an asset sale in public-company and PE-backed environments. Built a repeatable diligence and integration approach that accelerated onboarding, protected continuity, and advanced platform standardization.
Established the enterprise AI operating model and governance, then scaled adoption in core commercial workflows. AI-driven commerce automation delivered an 87% efficiency gain.
Defined the target-state data and master data architecture across a complex enterprise application landscape spanning ERP, CRM, supply chain, product, finance, HR, and analytics platforms.
